The history of mind control is long and chequered. It is one that Jason Christoff has a masterful grasp of, as he articulates the way in which mimicry can be induced via a mixture of media and apparent cultural norms, especially when combined with the consumption of drugs, such as alcohol and caffeine.
Citing the works of Joost Meerloo (previously commented on for UK Column by Dr Bruce Scott), Dr Michael Nehls and Derren Brown—among others—Christoff explores the way in which the individual may identify the susceptibilities and push back against the pressures of behaviour modification.
Jason Christoff runs a range of courses which deal with overcoming self-sabotage. He can be contacted at info@jchristoff.com and he also has an account on X.
