Have you heard of the organisation "100 resilient cities"?.
It's set up by the Rockefeller foundation and it's in your face all over the
guardian on their website today 9 September 2015.
It seems to be attached/promoted particularly alongside reports of urban
decay and their stated aim
is to "Ignite the urban resilience movement" whatever that means.
Pretty suspicious stuff.
